Our promise
We want you to love every piece. If something isn't quite right, we accept returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
- Jewelry, intimates, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Returns received after 14 days may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
How to return
- Email ceo@confeettiboutique.com with your order number.
- We'll send return instructions and an address label option.
- Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving instructions.
Refunds
Once received and inspected, store credit is issued within 3 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds to the original payment method are available only for defective or incorrect items.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 3 days of delivery with a photo — we'll make it right at no cost to you.
